Practical file-preparation guidance
Start with the destination's current official requirements, then use FileFix to match its format, pixel dimensions and file-size limit. Exact-size compression may reduce image dimensions when quality adjustment alone cannot reach a very small target.
Choose the right workflow
Use the Upload Checker before a high-stakes submission. For an image, confirm format, dimensions and maximum size. For a PDF, confirm the page count and size limit. QR codes in Version 1 are static: a QR for a PDF, image or video contains a public URL you provide and never uploads that file.
Requirements can change
